NPCs
Major NPCs
These are NPCs that are cornerstones of the game, and may only be played by mods. They are as follows:

The Producer Identity currently unknown
The Producer is an Angel from a higher plane of existence, who possesses unfathomable Godlike powers, including travel to other dimensions, enchanting regular items with magical powers, and invincibility. This angel oversees the Reaper's game and reports back on it. The Producer is also in contact with the Composer and assists him or her when needed. All things considered, it must be the Producer's power that is the source of the constant dimensional shifts.

The Composer Identity currently unknown
The Composer is the highest tier of Reaper, who creates the rules for each Reaper's Game, judges the Players worthy or unworthy of coming back to life, and resurrects the winners. The Composer also is in charge of promoting or demoting Reapers, including assigning the Game Master for each week. He or She has immense power, but is typically hidden away in a secret throne room. This game's Composer seems to be particularly fickle, and more than a little unorthodox in the rules that are chosen.

The Conductor Kunio Munahiro
The Conductor is a Reaper second only in rank to the Composer. It is his or her responsibility to ensure that the game is played to the Composer's specifics by relaying the Composer's orders to the other Reapers. The Conductor also collects the Player's entry fees. He or she is generally the "Face" of the game, since the Composer and Producer keep their identities hidden. It should go without saying that the Conductor is also quite powerful, and reveres the Composer highly enough not to go against orders. However, a Conductor can perform an "Emergency Call" to override their rules if the UG itself is in danger.
The game's current Conductor, Kunio Munahiro, is a man who keeps his cards close to his chest. Despite the questionable nature of the present game, he proceeds as though nothing is unusual. Does he have this much faith in the Composer? Or does he have his own agendas for doing so? Well, you'd be hard-pressed to find the answer, unfortunately.

Game Masters
These are Reapers, typically officers in rank, that have been chosen by the Composer to run the Reaper's Game. Game Masters create the missions that the Players must complete. A Game Master is considered successful if he or she manages to erase the majority of the players in their Game.
Minor NPCs
All other NPCs played by mods fall under this category. This list may be updated as the game's story progresses.

An avid pin collector whose nickname comes from her obsession of swapping pins with others.

These guys are pretty unfriendly, even for Reapers. Don't expect to meet them without a fight.

Who knows? It's not possible to bump into every player in the game, so unfamiliar faces tend to crop up from time to time. They undoubtedly have their own stories to tell, though, and if no one else completes the mission, it is generally assumed that one of them will. That's no reason to shirk responsibility, though!

It's good to be alive.
Potential NPCs
These are NPCs that can be applied for and played in the game, but will not otherwise be involved. Signing up for one requires consistent proof of activity in the game and a willingness to take an assigned active role in plots.
