Everything looks good in the app itself, but to use a pun, there's a bit too much noise. While Mewtwo could get a Noise form (or even Cantus form) later on, and could certainly learn about Taboo Noise if a plot comes around that asks for it, neither of these are allowed for a character just starting out. In addition, custom Noise isn't possible given the setting. If you could modify Mewtwo's abilities and form to match this, we should be good to go!
