I'm still a little bit unsure about if Leon actually got the Scarletite (something one of the mods mentioned in a plurk, unless I'm confusing myself), since he didn't really do anything on the mission (here's the link to his thread, just in case), but if he did? Add on Velocity Attack for the Scarletite too.
