- Reply to Taken Characters using the proper form.
- Create an IC Contact Page on your character's journal and fill out the form on the Contact Info page.
- Introduce yourself on the OOC comm, and join us IC on September 10th!

Additional Note: Because he is an NPC character, Neku will be allowed to keep all of the pins, including the Player Pin if you like. However, if he is keeping the Player Pin it has to have been consciously hidden/smuggled in, because Reapers are definitely not allowed to have them.
