So far so good, but we'd like to see a bit more in the way of characterization. As it stands right now, you've said more about the way she acts in her job and toward other people than you've said about her actual personality, so could you expand on that a bit more?

Another paragraph or so of personality is what we'd like to see, and if you'd like to submit any other samples that show different aspects of her personality then that could also help.
